After Bleu Azur des Sommets and Vert Emeraude des Cimes, AK(h)or explores a new expression of time : white. Not as a color, but as a source...

In watchmaking, light reveals construction. It highlights volumes, sharpens angles, and brings fini- shing details to life. Here white emphasizes structure, clarifies legibility and affirms balance. It expresses an architectural language, stripped of unnecessary ornamentation, where modernity emerges from precision.

A patented architecture

The AK(h)or dial is built upon a patented dual-disc system, in which the upper disc is suspended. This principle is not a visual effect. It is a genuine structural innovation. The suspension creates a controlled space between the two plates, generating depth and lightness while respecting the mechanical constraints of stability and precision.

In its white interpretation, there is no distraction, no excess. Only a perfectly balanced architecture — as if white acted as a technical revealer, elevating the dial into a three-dimensional structure rather than a simple decorative surface.

Dialogue between dial and calibre

The AK-10 calibre, designed exclusively and COSC-certified, occupies the case space with carefully controlled proportions: 31.30 mm in diameter within a 39 mm case. This precise relationship ensures a balanced casing, free from excessive constraint or structural emptiness.

The discipline of the dual-disc dial echoes the rigor of the movement’s internal architecture: 117 components arranged according to a logic of stability and performance. AK(h)or’s avant-garde is not limited to aesthetics. It is mechanical.

Light in rotation

The sunburst finish amplifies the dynamic perception of the dial. Rays unfold from the centre, capturing and diffusing light according to the movement of the wrist. The surface is constantly evolving. Light glides across the rhodium-plated hands, reveals the edges of the cushion case, and accentuates the transitions between polished and satin finishes. Light is no longer a simple reflection. It becomes a structuring element.

Structure & precision

In the honeycomb version, white adopts a more technical reading. The geometric motif organizes the surface into regular micro-structures. The repetition of the pattern reinforces the architectural coherence. Here, light is channeled, fragmented, and mastered. LUMIÈRE BLANCHE, where white reveals space and light gives shape to time. AK(h)or — the balance between space and time.
