We have the pleasure to inform you that Patek Philippe will participate in the 2011 Only Watch auction. This auction is coordinated by Antiquorum Geneva and will be held in Monaco on September 22nd at 4PM local time, during the Monaco Yacht Show. Proceeds from the auction will fund medical research for the Monegasque Association fighting against Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
In order to guarantee the success of this auction, all watch manufacturers have been asked to produce a unique timepiece or the 1st of a series.
This year again Patek Philippe demonstrates its involvement supporting the founder's will to continue medical research for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. To support Only Watch 2011, Patek Philippe created a unique Stainless Steel Minute Repeater timepiece with a genuine black enamel dial based on the emblematic Ref. 3939 model. This particular Only Watch 2011 special Ref. 3939 in Stainless Steel is and will remain the last one produced by Patek Philippe Geneva.
