Elie and Pierre Bernheim, both grandsons of Mr. Raymond Weil, founder of the brand, joined the watch company in 2006. Together with their father, President & CEO Oliver Bernheim, they are ensuring family continuity and guaranteeing stability in the eyes of the firm's partners.
Savoir-Faire, Aesthetics, Creativity and, above all, Independence have always been and still are the core values of RAYMOND WEIL. Olivier Bernheim paid much attention to maintaining the family identity of the Brand when it started to develop internationally. The Brand's motto “INDEPENDENCE is a state of mind” reflects a philosophy that has been kept since the company's creation and continually passed on to future generations.
After graduating from the prestigious “Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne”, Elie is now responsible of the Brand's global strategy, while following his passion for finest food and wines in his free time. Keen on watchmaking, marketing and business management, he has been appointed Marketing Director. When developing new strategies, Elie continues to respect the Brand's values which have made RAYMOND WEIL so successful all over the world.
Pierre who has always felt closer to Sales, graduated in International Business and Administration from “La Haute Ecole de Gestion” in Geneva. Passionate about extreme activities – he owns several flying licences including a high aerobatic one - he is currently in charge of numerous countries and proofs his nerves of steel as Sales Director of the company.
With the 3rd generation joining the Brand, many innovations have been initiated that helped RAYMOND WEIL to stand out for its dynamic and pioneering character. The launch of the RW Club in 2006, the new Brand's corporate identity and the recent product launches are only some examples of their great impact on the company's development.
