Press releaseReproducing all its traditional values of the cabinet work and art inlay as well as its musical knowhow, Reuge will present for Christmas a splendid music box celebrating the 150th anniversary of the composer Claude Debussy's birth.
Fruits of careful thoughts, the shape and the inlay of this piece are completely inspired by the style Art Nouveau, artistic trend prevailing from 1890 to 1910, period of the apogee of Debussy, himself an important amateur of Art. The tunes plate fixed inside the lid regains the original shape of the box to bring coherence to the unit.
This limited and numbered edition of 99 pieces will play 3 melodies resulting from major works of Claude Debussy and especially developed in mechanical music for the occasion.
