A family society founded in 1902 by Paul Arthur Schwarz and his wife Olga Etienne, Schwarz Etienne was initially a supplier of watch movements and components to the biggest names in the industry, an activity that still continues to this day. But the company developped its own brand in 1985, progressively becoming a watch manufacturer in its own right. As part of a group that masters the entire value chain, from the production of components to watch assembly and logistics, Schwarz Etienne has today a level of independence that will allow the brand to develop for years to come.
Schwarz Etienne has developped four in-house mechanical watch movements which are integrated within its Chaux-de-Fonds Tourbillon, Roma Manufacture et Roswell collections.
