High demand and difficulties to ensure sufficient deliveries: the conclusion of the private salon held by watchmaking brand Vincent Bérard in Geneva at the Hôtel d'Angleterre during the SIHH (Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie) offers a striking contrast with the rather sluggish environment currently experienced by the Swiss watchmaking industry. «We received a lot of interest from the international press and international clients here in Geneva, as well as from individual collectors», says Herbert Gautschi, CEO of Vincent Bérard SA. Many retailers and distributors from countries such as the United States, Brazil, Turkey, Germany, Japan, Ukraine, India or China solicited the brand from La Chaux-de-Fonds, whose exclusive timepieces, created by Artist-Watchmaker Vincent Bérard, offer a unique blend of watchmaking craftsmanship and artistic creation.

According to Iwan K.C. Hew, President of Yafriro International in Singapore, one of the leading distributors of prestigious timepieces in South East Asia, whose Boutiques represent eleven Swiss watch brands: «In today's situation of financial and economical difficulties, we experience a very strong demand for this young and substantial brand, due to their in-house developed, manufactured and highly decorated movement in its most beautiful shape and finish. An incredible and different offer to the watch collectors and aficionados around the world.»

The success of the Vincent Bérard brand is not only due to the originality of the timepieces designed by the Artist-Watchmaker, but also to a professional management and the support of a large watchmaking group, Timex, which contributes to reassuring the brand's partners and clients about its continuity long term orientation.

In Geneva, Vincent Bérard in person and CEO Herbert Gautschi presented the brand's latest creations: new LUVORENE models in limited edition with larger 45 mm cases, and the LUVORENE Four Season collection, equipped with the exclusive in-house developed and manufactured VB441 caliber. The showroom also exhibited various artistic creations from Vincent Bérard, such as paintings, sculptures, designed boxes and accessories, as well as the unique collection of Four Season Carriage Clocks “Grandes Complications”, completely hand-made by the Watchmaker-Creator.

Vincent Bérard timepieces are available in limited quantities through an international network of selected retailers.
