The Manufacture Vulcain offers a new interpretation of its Anniverserary Heart with this Only Watch one-of-a-kind model in 18K rose gold, featuring the very first time the legendary Cricket alarm caliber in a hand-crafted skeleton version. Vulcain is proud to support the research on Duchenne muscular dystrophy, led by the Monegasque Association against Myopathies.
Only Watch will hold its exceptional charity auction, which, since 2005, has become the venue where luxury watchmaking meets medical research At the auction on September 23, 2011, under the high patronage of His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco and jointly organized with the Atiquorum auction house, 40 fabulous timepieces donated by the most prestigious watch manufacturers will be put up for bidding. This collection will also make a world tour to appeal to the international community of collectors, with stops in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Tokyo, Los Angeles, New York, Milano, and Geneva.
This year, the Manufacture from Le Locle will be supporting Only Watch by donating a one-of-a-kind Anniversary model created especially for the occasion. This exclusive piece features the Vulcain propprietaryCricket alarm Calibre V-19 in a spectacular handcrafted skeleton execution and hand-decorated by the skilled hand of a master engraver.

The purpose of the Vulcain patented system is to equalize the friction on the balance-wheel axis in all positions by modifying the incabloc endstones, thus ensuring more regular amplitude. The Exactomatic principle thereby guarantees both greater accuracy and improved regularity in the operation of the watch when on the wrist.
