Ahead of their hotly awaited May sale, Sotheby’s Geneva gives us a preview of the horological highlights that will go under the hammer
Auction season is a busy time in Geneva, and the second week of May is gearing up for some exciting horological action taking place in the vintage and pre-owned watch world. Sotheby’s Geneva will be holding two live sales on Sunday May 14 — Important Watches: Part I (modern and vintage timepieces) and Centuries of Time: A Private Collection (pocket watches). Discussing some of the star pieces of these two sales is Manon Hagie, Sales Director at Sotheby’s Geneva.
