Baume & Mercier unveils two new Linea Day & Night models produced in only 100 pieces each. Focus on the Linea Day 10118.
Inspired by a historic Baume & Mercier model produced in the 1950s, the Linea regularly reinvents its own legend since it was launched in 1987.
The new 32 mm diameter Linea are in steel. They are fitted with a quartz movement. These pieces features a mother-of-pearl dial decorated with champlevé waves set with diamonds. The decor extends to the bezel.
The Linea Day 10118's dial is crafted in iridescent white mother-of-pearl to represent a sun shining over the seaside in the height of summer. The waves and rays of this design are set with 65 diamonds (0.34 ct). The timepiece is mounted on a pearly white calfskin strap. With its system of interchangeable bracelets, it can also be worn on a satin-finished polished steel bracelet, also included in the case.
