After the success enjoyed in 2015 by the B-Rocket motorbike, Bell & Ross Creative Director Bruno Belamich has dreamed up an automobile project this year : the AeroGT concept car, a cross between a Grand Tourer vehicle and an aircraft. While passionate about design, Bell & Ross is first and foremost a watch company. The brand had drawn direct inspiration from this concept car to create two 500-piece limited-edition BR 03 AeroGT watches.
Like the fuselage- style bodywork of the AeroGT project, these two models feature a polished satin-finished stainless case featuring revamped shapes and proportions creating a sharper, sportier and more powerful design. The openworked dials are multi-layered to create depth effects and a pleasingly light feel. The BR 03-94 AeroGT chronograph version of this watch pair has an inner bezel ring bearing a tachymetric scale, a function notably serving to calculate the speed of an automobile. And to ensure optimal legibility of the indications, even in extreme road conditions, the hours and minutes hands are filled with Superluminova®.
