Cartier Magic in motion
Focus on the Masse Mystérieuse de Cartier
What a pleasure to see Cartier having fun again in the field of inventive and mysterious fine watchmaking! Known for a century for its mystery clocks and a contemporary devotee of skeletonized watches, Cartier has combined tradition with innovation to surprise observers with its Masse Mystérieuse trilogy in platinum (two of which are gemset). Eight years of R&D within its Manufacture enabled Cartier to present at Watches and Wonders Geneva this Haute Horlogerie creation featuring a patented openworked caliber serving as an oscillating weight. A genuine technical, playful and aesthetic feat further reinforced by the suspended hands and creating an incomparable visual effect.
