Prime Time gets a facelift this year with two new models that integrate a touch of red gold within the brightness of the Century saphir.
As it approaches its 25th anniversary, the Prime Time watch is one of the timepieces that has forged the CENTURY reputation. In 2013, the watch celebrates this milestone with a subtly refreshed look while remaining true to the spirit that has made it such a success.
Prime Time has an instantly recognisable shape, starting with the CENTURY sapphire case, each of its 12 facets are entirely hand-cut and hand-polished by the Manufacture’s master craftsmen. This scratch-resistant, everlasting material creates a constant play of light, giving PRIME TIME its touch of jewelled glamour. The case houses a quartz movement.
Prime Time innovates today with a touch of red gold colouring the bracelet bar, crown, hour-markers and settings of the diamonds that adorn the mother-of-pearl dial. This classic CENTURY timepiece is available in two versions: either with all-diamond hour-markers (12 diamonds), or alternating on the quarter hours (8 diamonds)
The bracelet is in Milanese mesh, a technique handed down by Italian Renaissance goldsmiths that results in an incomparable suppleness. The bracelet also performs a beautiful visual effect thanks to the subtle contrast between the geometric lines of the CENTURY sapphire and the sensual curves of the metal links.
