Ten years after having affirmed high-tech ceramic and white as part of the watchmaking galaxy, the J12 watch offers today a new version of its shine: a moon phase watch.
As feminine star of complication watches, the moon phase is a complex mechanism that displays the different phases of the moon: new moon, first quarter, full moon and the last quarter. Unlike classic moon phase watches where the phases appear through an aperture, those of the J12 Moonphase watch are displayed on a deep-blue aventurine disc sparkling like a summer’s night. Positioned at 6 o’clock, the disc features the four main phases of the moon and is adorned with a little serpentine hand in polished steel.

The date is indicated by a central hand poetically tipped with the shape of a crescent moon. The J12 Moonphase watch’s bezel, either set with diamonds or in high-tech ceramic, has become thinner offering a wide dial featuring satin and “guilloché” finishes.

The J12 Moophase watch is available in six versions: in black or white high-tech ceramic, set with diamonds or in a jewelry version in titanium ceramic.

The white model features a 38mm high tech ceramic case, water-resistant to 100 meters and an opaline satin-finish dial. The self-winding mechanical movement offers 42 hours of power reserve and shows the hours, minutes, seconds, date and moon phase. The bracelet is equipped with a steel triple-folding buckle.

The set model shines with 54 diamonds (~1.42ct) on its bezel and 63 diamonds (~0.34 ct) on its opaline guilloché dial.
