Focus on the Happy Sport Chrono

As the cult Happy Sports collection prepares to celebrate its 30th anniversary next year, Chopard is already setting the mood in this particularly festive all-gold chronograph version. The rose gold smelted in-house by Chopard has been 100% ethical since 2018, in keeping with the values upheld by the Maison. The Scheufele family likes to see diamonds dancing freely because “they are happier” that way. The seven gems dancing around the satin-brushed guilloché dial certainly look joyful, as does the delightfully stretched XII numeral evoking Saturday night fever. A COSC-certified self-winding movement setting the cadence for the waltz of the six hands and date display can be admired through the sapphire caseback. It is hardly surprising that the sparkling Julia Roberts has chosen a Happy Sport to embellish her daily life.
