Eberhard & Co. As Black as the Abyss
Focus on the Scafograf 200 DLC Limited Edition
A watch designed for great depths with its water resistance to 200 meters, the Scafograf model made a triumphant return in 2016, when it was awarded the Diver’s Watch Prize at the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève. This year, to celebrate its 135th anniversary, Eberhard & Co. is presenting an all-black version of its Scafograf 200 timepiece. A worthy heir to the brand’s first diving watches launched between the late 1950s and 1960s, it radiates a discreet yet powerful look. Thanks to its oversized hour-markers and hands that are all about luminescence, the Scafograf 200 provides optimal readability in the dark. The vintage- colored luminescent material is also found on the rotating bezel, while the unidirectional rotating bezel ensures maximum security. The Scafograf 200 thus cleverly combines aesthetics with functionality.
