A one-of-a-kind watch - Frederique Constant Slimline Manufacture Perpetual Calendar
You can buy the only Frederique Constant Slimline Manufacture Perpetual Calendar watch with a solitary Roman XV on the dial exclusively from WorldTempus, for the same price as the standard model.

It’s the watch that caused a stir at Baselworld as the cheapest perpetual calendar watch fitted with an in-house movement. At less than 10,000 Swiss francs, the Frederique Constant Slimline Manufacture Perpetual Calendar is an enticing proposition and only WorldTempus has the unique piece on which the slender baton hour marker at 3 o’clock has been replaced by “XV” in Roman numerals, because this piece has been specially commissioned to celebrate our 15th anniversary. The use of Roman numerals also marks a shift in design at the brand, which first started with the Classics Art of Porcelain model presented earlier this year and continues with the latest releases such as the Classics Carrée Ladies and the Classics Automatic Heartbeat models, all of which have Roman numerals.

The movement of the Frederique Constant Slimline Manufacture Perpetual Calendar is capable of taking into account the variation in the lengths of months across a four-year cycle and can therefore cope not only with the differing lengths of months with 28, 30 and 31 days but also with the 29th day added to the month of February every leap year. The corresponding indications are displayed clearly on the dial in three sub-counters: one for the day, one for the date and a combined one (at 12 o’clock) for the month and the year in the four-year cycle. A separate moon phase counter at 6 o’clock shows the lunar cycle and is coupled with the perpetual calendar display, meaning that no date correction is needed until 1st March 2100. The indications can nevertheless be adjusted if required using pushers hidden into the side of the case..
