Master Ultra Thin Perpetual Enamel Chestnut - Jaeger-LeCoultre
For the Only Watch 2019 charity auction, Jaeger-LeCoultre is presenting a Master Ultra Thin Perpetual unique piece featuring a hand-guillochéd enamel dial in a striking chestnut colour.

In keeping with the aesthetic codes of the Master Ultra Thin collection, this new piece for Only Watch 2019 highlights the talents of the Manufacture's artisans who work together in the Rare Handcrafts™ (Métiers Rares®) workshop.

The timepiece’s perfectly balanced hand-guillochéd dial gives pride of place to four beautifully proportioned counters, including a new display of the perpetual calendar at 12 o’clock. At 6 o’clock there is a subtle moon phase that simultaneously indicates the moon’s waxing and waning phases in both hemispheres. The elegant purity of the engraved counter is enhanced by the scintillating sparkle of the dial’s chestnut brown translucent enamel. The date counter is featured at 9 o’clock, with the days of the week at 3 o’clock.

The sunburst guilloché radiates on the dial, providing the Master Ultra Thin Perpetual Enamel Chestnut with an impression of relief and depth. The guillochage work was carried out by hand on both the dial and the counters by Jaeger-LeCoultre's artisans, working with age-old machines and tools in the purest watchmaking tradition.

The watch uses the automatic movement Calibre 868A/2, with perpetual calendar, moon phase and 70 hours of power reserve.
