Focus on the Tambour Outdoor Chronographe GMT

Those with nostalgic memories of Louis Vuitton Cup can’t help but think of the regattas and majestic sailing ships of that era when seeing the Tambour Outdoor Chronograph GMT. Its ocean color and the red used for the chronograph seconds hand and the hands of the 12-hour counter at 12 o’clock as well as on the textured rubber strap, all evoke the nautical world. And for good reason, since this reference has been christened Nautical Steel, complemented by a gray and khaki Urban Jungle version of this model. The chronograph is started and stopped by pressing the upper pusher wearers and zero-reset via the lower one, while the crown is used to set the time. The second time zone (at 10 o’clock) can be read in 24-hour mode in the center of its two-tone day/night ring. Louis Vuitton’s patented interchangeable straps are always appreciated and enable the wearer to mix it up as they wish.
