Inspired by a design philosophy that follows the parameters of the golden ratio, Parmigiani Fleurier has consistently offered finely crafted timepieces with a respect for balance. Now reimagining their iconic design codes for today’s contemporary man, Parmigiani presents the new Tondagraph GT, a sporty model featuring an annual calendar and a chronograph complication. Powered by the in-house PF043 automatic caliber, the Tondagraph GT has a dial loaded with information : a big date window at 12 o’clock, two subdials on the left and right for the chronograph function, small seconds at 6 o’clock and black luminescent coated delta-shaped hands to indicate the hours, minutes and seconds. The black dial is finished in a traditional triangular hobnail guilloché pattern, with the date and month function in bright orange so as to be clearly visible. The 42mm stainless steel case was redesigned to be more ergonomic, streamlining the lugs and adding an integrated bracelet, yet still bearing the classic fluted bezel also present in the Toric collection. Issued in a 200-piece edition, the Tondagraph GT is Parmigiani’s sportiest watch so far, yet its elegant touches still embody the brand’s quest for the perfect golden ratio.
