With the original character of the Predator designed by Eric Giroud and presented in 2012, the Predator S fits into the collection, with a smaller case measuring 42mm in diameter. Revamped to include three hands and date display, its dynamic style appeals to both men and women in search of thrills and perfection. The Predator S therefore retains the lines of the original model presented ten years earlier with its stripped dial adorned with a black honeycomb pattern. The sword-shaped hour and minute hands are coated with luminescent material and point to the indexes distributed around the perimeter. The central second hand is distinguished by the counterweight presence of the Rebellion logo. Forged like a racing car, its date window takes the form of a brake calliper. A large bezel fixed with eight screws branded with the house logo surrounds this composition, which remains ultra-legible in all light conditions.
Of complex and modular construction, the Predator S case is waterproof to a depth of 50 metres. It is available in a wide choice of technical materials: carbon, titanium, titanium black DLC and 5N rose gold. Like all Rebellion watches, this piece is superbly decorated. Depending on the version, the components are magnified by sandblasted Black Gold or polished steel finishes. Also, Predator S has a solid case back engraved with a Rebellion Artwork. The time data is powered by a Swiss Made calibre that is as robust as it is precise. This self-winding movement vibrates at the standard frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, or 4 Hz, and provides 48 hours of power reserve.
The Rebellion Predator S comes in several versions. The coloured editions reinforce the sporting temperament of the timepiece by energising it with touches of green, yellow or orange on the flange and on the date window frame. Each variation is then accompanied by a strap made in the same colour. As for the Titanium Black Edition, it has a monochrome face with a strong personality. Its case also has a solid background engraved with the Rebellion logo. Thanks to the complex construction of its case in superimposed layers, the Predator S is customisable. Each owner can choose the colours of the dial and even set or engrave the side plate located on the case middle at 9 o’clock. Rebellion wishes to offer the possibility of owning a unique piece; even the colours of the sapphires are also customisable. The numerous options are displayed at very attractive prices.
To be ideally suited to all personalities, the Predator S is worn on a vulcanised rubber strap finished with a folding clasp, which is available in a wide range of colours. Rebellion offers an optional quadruple folding clasp, which allows millimetre adjustment for maximum comfort.
