The Aviator
Aviator is the only watch to give the actual speed of an aircraft based on its altitude and indicated speed. This patented system has been applauded unanimously by aviation professionals. The calculation system applied to a dual, two-directional rotating bezel provides fast, easy reading of the result.
The brand's engineers have decided to fit an automatic tourbillon movement to this model in a move towards perfection. This occasionally overworked complication is fully justified here, as jet pilots can undergoaccelerations and the effects of gravity with an intensity of up to eight or nine times greater than in land use.
The materials used - grade 2 titanium, 750/1000 white gold, ceramics - have been selected under strict specifications to make the watch supremely reliable with optimum performance levels regardless of the conditions of use. A two-directional, rotating bezel system has been developed specially for this new model.
Aviator Ultimate Tourbillon is therefore first and foremost a high-tech instrument guaranteeing comfort and most importantly safety. The fact remains that its lucky owner will be able to wear his new timepiece just as well in the cockpit as when out for the evening. Elegance has not been sacrificed.
The Aviator Ultimate Tourbillon dial has been finely chased and pierced in a white gold plate with a pattern reminiscent of the blades of a jet engine. This unique dial, truly a technical marvel, has also been set with 355 full-size diamonds!
