The most avant-garde chronograph ever
The MONACO Twenty Four Chronograph is inspired by the phenomenally powerful race cars that compete in the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Based on the iconic exterior of Steve McQueen's square-shaped Monaco, the timepiece's unique tubular design and extreme shock-protected components are directly inspired by GT racecar technology.
An innovative wonder with a unique two-part, see-through dial in an oversized, very contemporary case (40.5mm), the MONACO Twenty Four Chronograph is powered by the superlative TAG Heuer Calibre 36 perfectly visible through the magnificent sapphire crystal.
The movement “floats” inside a black titanium-carbide coated case, suspended within a steel-tube housing very much like a race car driver's protective cockpit cage.
Over 150 years of watchmaking savoir-faire and technical innovation have made TAG Heuer a global reference in avant-garde sports watches. As it tracked the rise of sports demanding increasingly precise timekeeping, TAG Heuer continually developed its unique capabilities through a long-term vision of what watchmaking is today, and what it will look like tomorrow.
