Alpina is now partnering with alpine resort city Chamonix-Mont-Blanc and Musilac, a pop rock music festival.

Alpina announces its new partnership with alpine resort city Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, a legendary hotspot for mountain lovers across the globe. Alpina Watches CEO Peter Stas says, “I am extremely honored to be partnering with Chamonix. Since 1883, Alpina has been designing and manufacturing luxury sport watches that operate with outstanding precision and purpose under the most demanding athletic conditions. This partnership gives our timepieces the ultimate playing field to really show what they can do.”

Producer Rémy Perrier of the Musilac music festival was also at the signing to mark its budding partnership with Alpina. The first Musilac Mont Blanc Festival will be held in Chamonix between April 19-21, 2018. Headliners at the new pop rock event include Texas, Beth Ditto, Rag’n’Bone Man, Shaka Ponk, IAM, Stephan Eicher, and Selah Sue who will be performing at the foot of Mont Blanc.

The Alpina deal will attract more major partners such as BMW and Fusalp to the Chamonix-Mont-Blanc valley. The Office of Tourism is using these partnerships to expand their marketing efforts among those partners’ customer bases, since Chamonix shares a very similar image and positioning. The goal is to join forces to issue joint communications like press releases, social media posts and newsletters as well as to create more events like Musilac Mont Blanc.
