Michel Loris-Melikoff, Managing Director of Baselworld and his team have just reached a strategic agreement with the Basler Hotelier-Verein (Basel Hotel Association) that will allow Baselworld to create and implement an e-concierge service with focus on individual bookings as of the next edition in 2020. This online service is capable of processing, centralizing, advising, guiding and booking all requests for accommodation and stays that includes hotels, flights, as well as transfers and cultural excursions - for all individual and collective requests.
Whether a retailer wishes to book flights and transfers for staff, or an end-customer would like to plan his or her whole trip, a single, user-friendly contact point for all, at no extra cost, will be available online and by phone to provide all the help and information necessary.
