Eberhard & Co. was the Official Timekeeper of the Winter Raid, a classic car competition which took place on an Alpine route. The event saw 53 classic cars, all exclusively fitted with original equipment.
During the opening event held at the Grand Hotel Kempinski in St-Moritz, participants had the chance to admire a range of Eberhard & Co. timepieces dedicated to the greatest motor racing champion of all time, Tazio Nuvolari.
The display included not only the Classic Tazio Nuvolari Vandebilt Cup and the Gold Grand Prix Edition, but also the latest models, namely the ‘Naked’ version of the model dedicated to Nuvolari’s victory in New York in 1936 and the recently launched Tazio Nuvolari Automatic watch.
Eberhard & Co. offered its own special award to the winners of the stage dedicated to the brand. During the closing ceremony in Kitzbühel, Peter Kappeler & Hans Fueglistaler on a Volvo 544 (1960) received a Chrono 4 wall clocks by Eberhard & Co.
