The SIHH community lets its hair down

Organised by Propaganda Live with the support of AsiaTatler, TimeCrafters and Vontobel, the event brought together 600 people.

Last year's party during the SIHH 2016 to celebrate the 15th anniversary of WorldTempus was the most cosmopolitan and multi-brand evening of the Geneva watch week and was so popular among those present (not to mention the envy of those who couldn't make it and saw or heard about it through the photos and videos of the event) that the organisers ended up sending out more invitations and inviting more than a thousand industry professionals to relax over a glass of champagne against the background of dance music. The vodka-based WorldTempus cocktail was a big hit, as was the wine tasting offered by the Maison du Moulin.

All three rooms of the five-start Hotel Richemond were filled with the sounds of a thousand feet dancing and the sight of nearly as many business cards being exchanged. Those of the managing director of Vontobel Geneva, Lionel Pilloud, and his colleague and author of the well-known Vontobel report on the watchmaking industry, René Weber, were particularly sought after. Illusionist Gus was invited to the 2017 edition and came without his crystal ball to look into the future of watch exports but with plenty of magic tricks. Loyal partners of the watch industry from all continents, Maja Bijlenga (Propaganda Live), Eric Dumatin and Sébastien Lamunière (Asia Tatler) joined Brice Lechevalier (GMT and WorldTempus) to thank those present.
