The French-Norwegian skier revealed his potential very early on by winning the Giant Slalom Junior Champion at just 18 years old in 2009 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. In 2011, Alexis went on to become the winner of the European Cup. In 2013, he finished 6th on 3 occasions and 5th once at the World Cup in Schladming, Austria.
