A few weeks ago, WorldTempus introduced the red Arceau Millefiori watch, that integrates the art of crystal inspired by 19th century paperweights and crafted by the Cristalleries royales de Saint-Louis. Focus today on the pocket watch.
The watch comes in a 48mm white gold case, completed with an anti-glare sapphire crystal and case-back. The crystal of the front-cover is crafted using the same technique as for the Millefiori paperweights from the Cristalleries Saint-Louis. It opens on the shaded grey enamel white gold base dial, bearing champlevé white-gold numerals.
The automatic Hermès manufacture movement H1837 powers the hours and minutes functions of the watch. The decoration includes a circular-grained and snailed mainplate, satin-brushed bridges and an oscillating weight adorned with the special Hermès decoration (H symbols).
A cord-strap and pouch in matt graphite alligator complete the watch.
