The contours of the Hampton collection of watches, with their soft curves and feminine shapes, are inspired by models designed by Baume & Mercier in the 1930s and ‘40s. Today, this collection has grown to include two new timepieces: Model 10108, in red gold and steel, and Model 10110, in steel and brown calfskin wrap-around strap. Let's present today the Hampton Lady ref. 10108.
The watch plays on the colors of 18 carat red gold (weight: 6.07 gr) and steel. The rectangular case is 34.5 mm x 22 mm and 9 mm thick. The domed sapphire crystal is based on that of the historic model. The dial features golden arabic numerals and hands. The polished / satin-finished case is juxtaposed with an 18 carat red gold rewinding crown. The watch contains a Swiss-made quartz caliber that displays the time on hands and the date in a discreet window at the 3 o’clock position.
The watch is waterresistant up to 50 m and is worn on a two-tone bracelet featuring a polished / satin finish, and fastened by a folding clasp with security push-pieces.
