Wishing to celebrate the continuing partnership with the Renault Sport Formula One Team in 2017, Bell & Ross reveals three high performances watches. Inspired by the steering wheel of the new Renault RS17, this trilogy will be launching on March 22 at Baselworld.
Guests invited to the event held at London’s Royal Horticultural Halls were honoured to discover the debut of the new Renault Sport Formula One Team™, a car entirely designed by Renault Sport Racing. The Renault Sport Formula One Team drivers, Jolyon Palmer and Nico Hulkenberg, were in attendance and spoke to guests following the announcement. Bell & Ross CEO & Co-founder, Carlos-A. Rosillo welcomed guests of the brand introducing them to the new BR03-94 RS17.
Leading benchmark in the world of aviation since its foundation, the brand made its first foray into the racetracks in February 2016 by joining the world of Formula 1 and becoming the official watch partner of Renault Sport Formula One Team. The prestigious world of motor sport shares many similarities with aviation, Bell & Ross’ first love. In both fields, engineers seek extreme performance, speed and mechanical accuracy.
The new BR03-94 RS17 brings together the latest technological advances and the most innovative materials used in the racing world. This model offers a 42 mm ceramic case designed to withstand shock and a sporty carbon fiber dial. This lightweight, resilient material evokes the steering wheel of the Renault Sport Formula One Car. The chronograph information features yellow anodized aluminium, the iconic color used by Renault since they first entered Formula 1. This timepiece houses an automatic mechanical movement and is fitted on a woven black rubber and ultra-resilient black synthetic fabric strap.
