Carl F. Bucherer unveils new versions of the Patravi ChronoDate, which put an end to monotone monotony and complement the existing product line featuring three masculine versions measuring 44.6 mm in diameter. The rose-colored, pale blue, and snow white mother-of-pearl dials come with matching Louisiana alligator leather straps. As a special highlight, each watch is supplied with a second calfskin strap.
The 40 mm stainless steel case is surmounted by a bezel set with 56 stunning stones, echoed by the 8 diamond indices on the dial. Curvy, skeletonized hour and minute hands and a long, elegant central stop second hand ensure optimal readability. The tips of all the hands are inset with Super-LumiNova and, along with the shining indices, allow the time to be read easily in the dark.
The new models are driven by a CFB 1956 automatic movement with a power reserve of 42 hours. It precisely powers the small seconds subdial at 3 o’clock, the 30-minute counter at 9 o’clock, and the 12-hour counter at 6 o’clock, as well as the easily readable large date display below the 12 o’clock position, which is surrounded by a finely rounded frame. The calibre is visible through the robust sapphire crystal in the screw-down case back.
