Hublot Classic Fusion Chronograph Prince’s Trust
Hublot and The Prince’s Trust celebrate the launch of a limited edition watch to mark more than 40 years of supporting disadvantaged young people in the United Kingdom.
Hublot has partnered with The Prince’s Trust to create a Special Edition charity timepiece. A portion of proceeds from the sale will go directly to the association. In recognition of this prestigious philanthropic partnership, Hublot hosted an evening at London’s historic Kensington Palace Gardens. Guests were invited to attend a private tour of The King’s Apartments, followed by a seasonal gala dinner held in the magnificent surroundings of The Orangery.
The "Classic Fusion Chronograph Prince's Trust" was unveiled inside the iconic Orangery framed by the Hublot “H” sculpted from blue hydrangeas, paying homage to the beauty of the grounds at Kensington Palace.
Hublot CEO, Ricardo Guadalupe, hosted the evening and was joined by special guests Paul Brown, The Prince’s Trust Marketing Director and Helen David, Harrods Chief Merchant. The event was compered by the broadcast journalist and presenter Natasha Kaplinksy.
Also in attendance at the event was former England Football superstar Rio Ferdinand and Chelsea FC legends Nemanja Matic and Asmir Begovic. Hublot brand ambassador Maxime Büchi, creative designer and artist who worked on Hublot Sang Bleu watches, also joined the charitable event.
The timepiece features a 45mm case in polished and satin-finished titanium and blue sun-ray satin finished chronograph dial. It is powered by a self-winding movement offering a 42 hour power reserve. The on-trend blue theme continues with the rubber and alcantara strap. This limited edition is completed by The Prince’s Trust logo shown at 12 o’clock.
The "Classic Fusion Chronograph Prince's Trust" is produced to just 100 pieces, only available in the United Kingdom. Harrods will launch the collection with exclusivity for one month from April 27th 2017.
From the outset, Hublot has embodied design and innovation that differ markedly from the established watchmaking order. With the impetus provided by Jean-Claude Biver, by 2004 these values had already become the basis of a new DNA, leading the brand, which is currently headed by Ricardo Guadalupe - its CEO since 2012, to develop particularly audacious timepieces – most of them with a highly-developed sporting aspect.Find out more >
