Pilot’s Watch Mark XVIII Heritage - IWC Schaffhausen
The Pilot’s Watch Mark XVIII is now available with titanium case and black dial.

This fall, IWC Schaffhausen launched three new models in its Pilot’s Watch collection. Following the Big Pilot’s Watch Annual Calendar Edition “Antoine de Saint Exupéry” and the Big Pilot’s Watch Heritage, WorldTempus presents today the Pilot’s Watch Mark XVIII Heritage.

With the Pilot’s Watch Mark XVIII Heritage, IWC has recreated the iconic Pilot’s Watch Mark XVIII in a titanium case for the first time. This compact and retro model features a black dial, numerals printed in beige, and blue hands coated with luminescent material. Its chronometric functions, as well as the date and central hacking seconds are powered by the self-winding Calibre 35111, with a 42-hour power reserve.

Like the two other models unveiled earlier this fall, this timepiece is worn with a brown calfskin strap and is fitted with the tried and tested Pilot’s Watch technology from IWC: a soft-iron inner case keeps the movements safe from magnetic fields and the sapphire glass on all models is specially designed to be protected against sudden drops in pressure in the cockpit.
