Longines adds six new creations with moon phase indicator to its flagship line.

The Longines Master Collection, created in 2005, offers timepieces exclusively equipped with mechanical movements. A symbol of Longines’ watchmaking expertise, this line embodies the values of excellence and elegance that have contributed to building the brand’s reputation across the world and showcase the watchmaking tradition so dear to the brand.

Today, Longines introduces new models featuring a moon phase indicator at 6 o'clock. Available in two sizes (40 and 42 mm in diameter), the watches are available in a range of different dials: black barleycorn with painted Roman numerals, silvered barleycorn with painted Arabic numerals or blue sunray with applied indexes. The 40 mm version is also available in a version with diamond indexes.

The new self-winding movement developed exclusively for Longines, Calibre L899, beats at 25,200 vph and offers 64 hours of power reserve. It powers the hours, minutes, seconds, moon phases and date  functions (with indication by a needle at 6 o'clock).

The new models of The Longines Master Collection are fitted with either a stainless steel bracelet or a black, brown or blue strap to match the different dial colours.
