Inspired by the original 1975 Seiko diver’s, this new timepiece features the same outer protector, in a more compact design.

Seiko Prospex challenges every limit, with a collection of timepieces for sports lovers and adventure seekers whether in the water, in the sky or on land as professional watches, represented by diver’s watches which have gained trust from professional divers and adventurers all over the world. The new series echoes the design of one of Seiko’s innovative professional diver’s watches, the world’s first diver’s watch with a titanium case, but it’s executed in a modern style, with a reinforced case, lightweight yet robust, to be matched with daily or town use. Using reinforced silicon bands that can withstand harsh operating environments, they are tailored in three different colors.

Aluminum material is adopted to express a more edgy shape. The new case design features a three-dimensional form and conveys the pursuit of quality over details. A leather pattern process is applied to a high-strength silicone accordion strap. It is designed to match equally well in town and the great outdoors. The dial has a camouflage pattern, representing its playful style.

Seiko Prospex Heritage 1975

The world's first diver's watch with a titanium case, the Professional Diver's 600m. It featured a two-layer case construction for greater security against shock and corrosion. The new accordion-style strap ensured ease of use by expanding and contracting as the divers' depth changed. Over 20 patents were granted to this world-leading timepiece.
