The new series echoes the design of one of Seiko’s innovative professional diver’s watches, the world’s first diver’s watch with a titanium case, but it’s executed in a modern style, with a reinforced case, lightweight yet robust, to be matched with daily or town use. Using reinforced silicon bands that can withstand harsh operating environments, they are tailored in three different colors.
Aluminum material is adopted to express a more edgy shape. The new case design features a three-dimensional form and conveys the pursuit of quality over details. A leather pattern process is applied to a high-strength silicone accordion strap. It is designed to match equally well in town and the great outdoors. The dial has a camouflage pattern, representing its playful style.

The new accordion-style strap ensured ease of use by expanding and contracting as the divers' depth changed. Over 20 patents were granted to this world-leading timepiece.
