The Fleurier watches are made in rose, red or white gold or platinum in sizes ranging from 34mm diameter to 47mm.
The clever adaptation of the pocket-watch case with a hinged bow and lug is particularly comfortable on the wrist.BOVET offers a choice of self-winding, manually wound or quartz regulated movements for the Fleurier watches. These movements are based on the DIMIER 1738 Manufacture de Haute Horlogerie Artisanale in Tramelan or Switzerland's best designs selected for their reliability and precision. BOVET also provides highly complicated custom-made movements by Switzerland's leading watchmakers. BOVET still places as much emphasis on the decoration and finish of the movement as it did when it made watches for the Chinese imperial court. The Fleurier movements can be richly engraved in BOVET's own fleurisanne style, enamelled and set with split pearls, or in the classic Côtes de Genève decoration, with blued-steel screws and springs. The other BOVET model, the Sportster leisure watch in steel, PVD steel, gold or platinum, is also adapted from the original BOVET Art Deco pocket-watches. Each Sportster chronograph is a certified chronometer and water-resistant to 100 and 300 metres. The movements, visible through the sapphire-crystal caseback, are decorated in the Sportster livery of Côtes de Genève and blued or blackened steel or gold. The Sportster self-winding chronograph is unusual in having the buttons at the top of the case on either side of the crown and bow. It makes the chronograph easier to use and provides a pleasing symmetry to the eye. The dial layout is also different from that of conventional chronographs, with the subdials in their logical positions. These watches are presented in three sizes: 40mm diameter, 44mm and 46mm.
