An entirely family-owned company, Encelade 1789 was founded by two cousins with background as designers in the Haute Horlogerie universe. Their aim was to bring a breath of fresh air into to world of men's accessories. Fully convinced that a brand's success rests first and foremost on the concept behind it, they decided to develop their accessory collections around a very strong concept: rotation.
The Dice collection of cuff links is dedicated to a theme very close to the founders' heart: fate. The concept of “dice” was carefully selected. It reminds us that all paths remain open to us as we go through life.
The cuff links from the Dice collection have an entirely gyroscopic movement (360° rotation) patented worldwide. Built with a minimum of 34 different components including 8 ball bearings used by the armament industry, they are inspired from the field of high precision mechanics.
The 360° rotations in all directions of the dice is so spectacular that the geometric shapes are transformed: the square edges of the dice becomes round, and the hypnotic effect is as extraordinary as it is impressive.
The cuff links from the Dice collection are available in a choice of various combinations of stainless steel, PVD, and rose gold. They are hand-assembled and beveled, sanded, and polished to a satin sheen. They come in limited editions and their warranty is 2 years.
