Wednesday 15th of June, Baume & Mercier offered the “Promesse Taormina Award” to the american actress Kathryn Hahn. She received a Promesse Watch, the iconic collection for women. Contemporary in spirit yet classic in design, this polished steel 30 mm watch is a blend of purity and refinement. The white mother-of-pearl with its “drapé” decor is accented by Roman numerals and sparkles with diamond-set indexes. This round model topped by an oval bezel is worn on a polished steel bracelet whose design picks up the suggestive curves of the casing.
On Thursday 16th of June, Renato Scloza, Brand Manager of Baume & Mercier Italy was honoured to offered “Clifton Taormina Award” to the Italian actor Claudio Santamaria. He received a Clifton Taormina Limited Edition Watch. This model has been designed to celebrate the art of film – the 39 mm 18K red gold case is enhanced by the sapphire case back adorned with the festival’s logo, while the design of its minuterie track is reminiscent of a film reel. It has been produced in a series of 62 pieces to celebrate the 62nd edition of the Festival and is available from June 2016, exclusively in Italy.
