The House of Breguet recently met collectors and enthusiasts of fine watchmaking in Singapore, Vietnam and Cambodia.
During a dinner, Breguet aficionados were invited to discover the brand’s story narrated by one of its vice-presidents, specializing in watchmaking history and who’s devoted himself to the work of Abraham-Louis Breguet, who distinguished himself by masterly inventions: the automatic watch, referred to as “a perpetuelle,” the gong spring for repeater watches, the tourbillon and the creation of the first wristwatch.
