« Breguet, A Story Among the Greats” traveling exhibition conveys the ties connecting the House of Breguet to several icons – monarchs, writers and composers – who have left their mark on the brand’s history.
The official opening was celebrated with an exclusive evening in the presence of renowned King Felipe VI of Spain. Following a private guided tour, these prestigious guests attended the première of “Otello,” an opera composed by Giuseppe Verdi in 1887. The manufacture’s historical bond with the world of classical music also include legendary figures like Gioachino Rossini and Arthur Rubinstein, who were lifetime owners of Breguet timepieces.
The exhibition is on view at the Royal Theater of Madrid until September 29, 2016.
