Annabel’s in Cannes – May 14th
In 2015, the legendary London private club Annbel’s made its first trip to La Croisette at Chopard’s invitation. This year, the worlds of Annabel’s and Chopard once again met and mingled for an equally successful second edition. This elegant evening held at the Chopard Rooftop was infused with a highly exclusive, gentlemanly atmosphere. The event was attended by Chopard co-presidents Caroline and Karl-Friedrich Scheufele, as well as a number of well-known figures including Marion Cotillard, Mads Mikkelsen, Colin and Livia Firth, Isabelle Huppert, Jack Guiness, Pixie Lott, Oliver Cheshire, Dougray Scott, Jacky Ickx, Jacky Hueng, Mark Webber, Romain Dumas, Brendon Hartley, Fagun Thakrar and Barbara Meier.
Guests had an opportunity to enjoy Boizel champagne, cocktails from Dewar’s, Bacardi and Baron Otard, Annabel’s signature cocktails as well as a cigar bar, while dancing to the sounds of a live set by London-based DJ and fashion model Mary Charteris. Famous magician Nigel Mead entertained the guests with his incredible tricks.
WILD Night – May 16th
One of the Festival’s most eagerly awaited evening events was hosted by Chopard in a marquee especially set up for the occasion at Port Canto on the Croisette. In a splendid luxurious setting filled with colourful and tropical flora and fauna, models wearing Chopard’s latest Red Carpet creations and vividly coloured gowns by Elie Saab welcomed guests while posing in tableaux vivants.
During the evening, the legendary Diana Ross gave a private concert singing her greatest hits. Among the guests were Kate Moss, Kendall Jenner, Poppy Delevingne, Sonam Kapoor, Pixit Lott, Oliver Cheshire, Araya Hargate, Adriana Lima, Petra Nemvova, Chris Pitanguy, Lottie Moss, Olivier Martinez, Joséphine de la Baume, Kristina Bazan and Aymeline Valade to name a few.
