Throughout the Olympic and Paralympic Games, OMEGA is showcasing its renowned standards of Swiss precision, innovation and reliability. Keeping time in all of the 329 events across 32 sports, the watchmaker is proving exactly what Switzerland is capable of at the highest level of sport.
At OMEGA House, Mr. Cassis was joined by Raynald Aeschlimann, President and CEO of OMEGA, who explained the brand’s heritage at the Olympic Games, which extends back to 1932, while also giving an insight into some of the Swiss technology and equipment that is critical to the timekeeping role.
Mr. Cassis said, "For almost 100 years, OMEGA has embodied the Swiss values of precision and innovation at the Olympic Games. A natural and symbiotic partner for the Maison Suisse at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games!"
Mr. Aeschlimann said, “It’s an honour to share this moment with Mr. Cassis and highlight the role that OMEGA is playing at Paris 2024. We are proud to be Swiss and I’m delighted to show him excellence that our brand brings to the Olympic Games.”
A perfect shared moment on the eve of Swiss National Day, which is being celebrated at OMEGA House on August the 1st.
