At Dubai Watch Week H. Moser & Cie. takes the festive season to the next level of folly and yumminess.

A colour-shifting pink and blue sheep, ugly Christmas sweaters and artisanal pastry-making: H. Moser & Cie. never took itself too seriously, and with Christmas around the corner the brand celebrates its annual #MerryMoser activation – a winter ritual bound to make you smile.

As every year, Merry Moser entails the #MerryMoser raffle, where you can join the fun and try to win an exclusive Christmas creation. The prize? A Merry Moser set, including the ugly Christmas sweater and a matching beanie. If you are familiar with the brand, you also know that it makes funny videos injecting a bit of fantasy into the watch world. Now, during Dubai Watch Week it has released an absurd, deadpan video starring Schaff (Shaf is sheep in German), its in-house sheep from Schaffhausen. #MerryMoser is also an integral part of the brand’s presence at Dubai Watch Week and is a great example demonstrating that Dubai Watch Week is more than your average watch show. And what would the festive holiday season be without sweets? During Dubai Watch Week the independent brand teamed up with Dubai’s sweet-treat darling Home Bakery. 

With exclusive pastries reflecting Moser’s philosophy of precision, and joy, Home Bakery and Moser not only unites the worlds of pastry and watchmaking. This collaboration is also a celebration of entrepreneurial success.

Just like the Meylan family behind H. Moser & Cie. has driven the brand to unexpected heights after its 2012 takeover, Home Bakery started in 2011 as a humble business based in the home of founder Hind Al Mulla. The business quickly grew, and today Home Bakery runs 10 branches all over Dubai. At Moser’s booth in the Dubai Mall during Dubai Watch Week you can expect a Pop-up of vibrant pop colours, yummy treats, arcade games including a claw machine filled with surprises – and wonderful timepieces.
