On January 28th Didier Cuche achieved his third victory this season, at the same time moving to the top of the overall downhill skiing ranking. By finishing 27 hundredths of a second ahead of Erik Guay, he took his revenge on the Canadian who deprived him of victory last year at the world championships.

"I am very happy to have been able to keep my competitors at bay. On the shortened track, the gaps between us are tighter all the time and every 100th of a second counts. You need to be in perfect control of your time in those circumstances” said Didier Cuche.

Said Antonio Calce, CEO, Corum, “Even the great names in the world of skiing never imagined the extent of Didier's feats. He has defied all forecasts! I would like to reiterate my congratulations, but more than anything, on behalf of all my colleagues, I would simply like to thank him for all that he brings to us.”
