Eberhard & Co was official timekeeper of the 6th edition of the Terre di Canossa Grand Prix.

The sixth edition of the “Terre di Canossa Grand Prix” took place from 14 to 17 April: a perfect blend of sport, passion, scenery, culture and unforgettable evenings, the event has seen 100 magnificent cars driving along the scenic roads of Emilia, Liguria and Tuscany, a distance of around 650 km with 85 demanding time trials.

This edition of the Terre di Canossa has been dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Italian republic and the 970th anniversary of the birth of Matilde di Canossa, a key figure in mediaeval history.
The race kicked off for the first time from the city of Parma and continued along the age-old streets of Matilde di Canossa on an extraordinary journey that travelled from the Apennines to Liguria and Tuscany, touching some of Italy’s most famous cities of art: Pisa, Lucca, Pietrasanta.
The finish, as tradition would have it, has been in Reggio Emilia, with the prize-giving ceremonies taking place in the evocative Sala del tricolore, where the overall winning crew – composed by Vesco-Guerini on Fiat 508 s Balilla sport (1934) – and the winning foreign crew – composed by Toncology – Ruffini on Bugatti t40, from Argentina – received a beautiful chronograph from the Tazio Nuvolari collection.
