The now traditional and unmissable Christmas Ball opened the festive holiday season in Monaco on Saturday 12th December 2009, with Girard-Perregaux bringing the magic of Christmas to its 250 guests in the prestigious Empire Room of the Hôtel de Paris.
The ball, organised by Five Stars Events under the High Patronage of H.S.H Prince Albert II, was held in support of the Cardiology Department at the CHPG hospital and the Monaco Cardio-Thoracic Centre in order to raise funds to provide operations for young children with heart conditions from Africa.
