The performance is here, well-presented in the heart of this instrument at the same time powerful, well-balanced and deeply urban. Produced in limited edition of 30 pieces, the watch dressed in a steel round case with architected lines, is available on hand-sewn alligator leather and, especially, beats to the rhythm of a new generation heart, referenced Hysek HW40. This chronograph movement with home-made column wheel, developed and assembled in house, with high-end finishing including hand-executed bevelling, Côte de Genève finishing and the circular graining under the gears cut specifically for Hysek, possesses a particular characteristic, as a legendary Calibre 11 of the 70s – to have a self-winding mechanism using a micro-rotor.
Made of 306 components and 43 jewels, this highly original conception of the mechanical structure, in terms of movement, is magnified by the presence of the components, whether it is springs, levers or bridges, hand-crafted bevelling, but also with regard to the dial, a decorative oscillating weight which is in parallel to the element that we can see through the sapphire on the back case of this instrument. Fun, it helps to strengthen efficiency of the equipment of the barrel thanks to a high weight, and guarantees a great operational autonomy to this chronograph fitted with a direct-drive winding by the push-buttons which frame the crown.
But it is without doubt a graphical strength of the technical element oscillating according to the movements and occupying the bottom of the dial where the minutes timed counter and the second permanent counter are defined, that will draw attention of the enthusiasts still looking for the creations with a strong mechanical identity.
