The Board of Directors of Rolex SA has confirmed that Mr Jean-Frédéric Dufour will take office as Chief Executive Officer on Wednesday 17th June 2015. In April 2014 Rolex announced his nomination while he was still at the helm of Zenith, where he has since been replaced by Aldo Magada. As for Gian Riccardo Marini, who will be appointed to the Board of Directors on the same date, the Board of Directors warmly thanked him for the excellence of his work and the magnificent results obtained.
