The Board of the Heritage Watch Manufactory has appointed Mr. Didier Decker as Chief Executive Officer, effective September 1, 2012.
Mr. Decker, 44, is a highly experienced executive who joins the Company after numerous successful assignments during his many years in the watchmaking industry. After holding positions as Chief Financial Officer and subsequently as Chief Operating Officer in the Franck Muller Group for a period of ten years, he spent the past five years as Vice President Manufacturing & Geneva Facility for the American jeweler and watchmaker Harry Winston.
In his previous assignments he amply demonstrated his abilities in developing innovative products as well as in successfully implementing operational, industrial and marketing strategies.

Mr. Decker's skills, personality, passion for the industry and deep knowledge will aid him in further developing the Company and in providing further momentum for the commercialization of the highly acclaimed and award-winning timepieces, which are completely conceived and created inhouse.
