Profile of Raymond Weil's CEO.

Elie Bernheim, grandson of Raymond Weil, who founded the brand in 1976, was appointed CEO in April 2014. He took over from his father Olivier Bernheim, Raymond Weil’s son-in-law, who remains chairman of the board of directors.
Elie Bernheim graduated from the Lausanne Hotel School and joined the family firm in 2006. He was made responsible for optimising Raymond Weil’s international strategy, and was instrumental in developing its brand identity, communication and social media strategy, which gave him a valuable overview of all the markets and an opportunity to form strong links with a number of partners.
Like his grandfather and his mother, who was a professional pianist, Elie Bernheim is a talented musician, having learned to play the piano before taking up the cello. Under his leadership, Raymond Weil is unlikely to abandon its great source of inspiration: music.
